RESIDENT'S NOTE:
It is with pain in our hearts that we leave our home, where we have lived with pleasure, happiness and love for the past ten years. The first time I entered this house, I was immediately impressed by this beautiful and special home. Unfortunately, this beautiful home no longer suits our current situation.
Now that the children are getting older, we would like a house where everyone has their own space and room. Both Rotterdam city centre and schools are within walking distance or easily accessible by bike.
What remains are the beautiful memories. Wonderful sitting outside on the terrace, the park right outside the door where the children could go by themselves, or the space inside when the weather didn't cooperate to play outside.
We are convinced that, like us, you will have a great time here and make beautiful memories. We will miss the terraces on, for example, the Nieuwe Binnenweg or the Middellandplein, where we could settle down after a nice walk
